Better Tim... But... one of the biggest no no's to lean about is to never never skew a photograph or type for that matter... the analogy is like a very bad American Idol audition... out of tune. See hot the top 2 are squashed in horizontally? Also, Your John F. Kennedy's are different sizes and too close to the edge of the image.... It is best to pick one size and establish consistent margin sight lines on all 4 sides... Also, align the USA with 55... left and right.... make the 55 larger and use regular not bold Arial... it will look better... Try once again... 1 type template, 4 non skewed images....
