The Artist I chose was Harry Beck. I found it interesting that he was an English technical who created the London Underground Tube Map in 1931. The underground lines had been laid out geographically. As it was Becks idea of creating a full system map in color, he believed that passengers were more concerned about getting to one station to another, rather than geographic accuracy. Becks design actually ended up being very successful.
Great Erica... you are off and running... I like the glow of red on the embossed E on the bottom one. Your layer blend is working well and I also liked that the letters fill the frame and go off the frame.
